We use the Top Property Management Software in the industry at Carollo Management Services.  Our property owners receive a detailed statement each quarter showing all rental incomes and disbursements.  We also provide our property owners with a year end summary at the end of the year to give to their tax accountant.  Our accounting system also allows us to make recurring monthly payments for our owners, such as mortgage payments, homeowner association payments, or any other recurring monthly obligation, provided adequate funds are available in your account.
