Throughout the entire process, Anthony and his team kept in close contact, and were able to answer any question no matter how big or small. No matter what issue may have come up in the managing of my house Anthony stepped right in and made sure to take care of it, and I know that was a major factor in the ability to sell my house once I decided it was time. We just want to say thank you to you and the management company for getting us a new fridge. We were their first delivery. They came at 7:00am. You guys have done more for us in such a short period of time than the last management company or the owner himself have done for us in two years. We've been complaining about that nasty fridge since the very first day we moved in. We are very appreciative. Now I guess we can get started on this mold situation. Let us know what day the contractor can come take a look. Weekends are always perfect and if you need a week day let us know.

I hired Anthony Carollo to manage my investment property. Anthony and his staff collected rent and handled all repairs needed for the house. At one point, one of my tenants stopped paying his rent. I didn’t know what to do. My mortgage payments still had to be paid and I needed him out quickly. Anthony jumped right in. He was able to get the tenant to leave. I couldn’t believe it! It was a load off my mind that I wasn’t going to lose any more money due to not receiving rent.
The house needed to be cleaned up afterward and Anthony had people to do that too. After the house was cleaned, Anthony advertised my house and had it rented in less time than I thought possible.

My experience with Carollo Real Estate and Management Services was superb from the beginning to end. We had initially worked with Anthony pertaining to renting out one of the units in our 2 family house and he did such an outstanding job that we again contacted him in regards to managing the same property. There were issues in regards to one of our tenants paying the correct amount of rent and also issues in regards to keeping on top of the billing for the house; Anthony was able to step in and put our minds at ease. We received monthly statements that showed in detail of what was coming in and what bills we being paid. There were no hidden costs or fees and everything was spelled out. Also most importantly he made certain that my father disrupted by the showings, but was still able to get us numerous high offers on our property.
